The Science of Beauty: The Power of the PEMF Mat at Beauty Studio
Before I earned my beautician's diploma, I studied physics at university. This scientific background gave me a deep passion for innovation and technology that truly works. At my studio, it's not just about offering treatments; it's about understanding the science behind healthy, radiant skin. I am constantly searching for scientifically-backed methods to achieve the best results for my clients.
This is precisely why I am so excited about the HigherDOSE Infrared PEMF Mat. It's not just a device; it's an advanced system that combines multiple layers for the ultimate wellness experience. It is a perfect example of how science and beauty come together.

What Is the HigherDOSE Mat and How Does It Work?
The mat combines two powerful technologies in one: PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) and Infrared Heat. This unique combination revitalizes your body and skin at a cellular level. But what makes it so special? Its effectiveness lies in the well-thought-out construction of different layers that work in synergy:
Infrared Heat: This layer emits deep-penetrating infrared rays that warm your body from the inside out. This stimulates circulation and helps your body to detoxify, which is essential for healthy, glowing skin.
PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field): This layer mimics the natural frequencies of the earth. The PEMF pulses work at a cellular level to help your body relax and find balance, which reduces stress and gives you a sense of overall well-being.
Crystals: The mat contains a generous layer of amethyst and black tourmaline crystals. Activated by the heat, these crystals produce negative ions that act as natural antioxidants and improve oxygen flow to the brain.
Negative Ions: The combination of crystals and heat creates a continuous flow of negative ions. These "vitamins from the air" neutralize harmful positive ions and can give your mood and energy levels a boost.

Why the HigherDOSE Mat Is a Game-Changer for Your Beauty
By bringing these unique layers together, the HigherDOSE Mat offers a comprehensive treatment that not only helps you relax but also improves your skin and overall well-being. These are the main benefits my clients experience:
Calmer, More Balanced Skin: The PEMF technology can help reduce minor inflammation.
Improved Circulation and a Healthy Glow: The infrared heat and PEMF pulses stimulate blood circulation, allowing nutrients and oxygen to be transported more efficiently to your skin cells.
Enhanced Cell Renewal: The mat supports your body's natural recovery process and can accelerate cell renewal, which is essential for fresh, vital skin.
Deep Relaxation: The combination of PEMF and infrared helps the body relax and reduces stress. When you feel good on the inside, you radiate it on the outside.
Experience It Yourself: Your Moment of Relaxation
At my studio, combining a facial treatment with a session on the HigherDOSE Mat is a must-try. Now, with any beauty treatment of €125 or more, you will receive a free session on the HigherDOSE Mat as a gift. It's the perfect way to optimize your treatment and pamper yourself from head to toe.
I sincerely invite you to come and experience the science of beauty for yourself.
Book your appointment today and discover how this innovative technology can support your beauty goals.
Sincerely, Olga Rudenkova
Contraindications
Are there any contraindications for using the infrared PEMF mat? If any of the following apply to you, please consult your physician before using the mat:
-
Cardiovascular Issues, Obesity, or Diabetes: Individuals with obesity, a history of heart disease, low or high blood pressure, circulatory problems, or diabetes should consult a physician before use. Heat stress increases cardiac output and blood flow to transfer internal body heat to the outside environment, primarily due to major changes in heart rate.
-
Medications: Individuals using prescription drugs should seek advice from their personal physician, as some medications may induce drowsiness while others can affect heart rate, blood pressure, and circulation. Diuretics, barbiturates, and beta-blockers may impair the body's natural heat loss mechanisms.
-
Alcohol and Drug Abuse: Contrary to popular belief, it is not advisable to try to "sweat out" a hangover. Alcohol intoxication impairs judgment, and the use of alcohol or drugs before a mat session can lead to unconsciousness.
-
Elderly: The ability to maintain core body temperature decreases with age. If you are elderly, operate the mat at a lower temperature and for no more than 15 minutes at a time.
-
Children: A child's core body temperature rises much faster than an adult's. When using with a child, operate at a lower temperature and for no more than 15 minutes at a time.
-
Chronic Conditions/Diseases Associated with Reduced Sweating: Conditions like Multiple Sclerosis and Diabetes with Neuropathy are associated with impaired sweating. Consult a physician.
-
Hemophiliacs/Individuals Prone to Bleeding: The use of infrared should be avoided by anyone predisposed to bleeding.
-
Fever and Insensitivity to Heat: Individuals with insensitivity to heat or who have a fever should not use the mat until the fever subsides.
-
Pregnancy: Pregnant women should consult a physician before using infrared.
-
Menstruation: Heating the lower back area during menstruation may temporarily increase menstrual flow. This should not prevent mat use.
-
Joint Injury: Recent (acute) joint injuries should not be heated for the first 48 hours or until swollen symptoms subside.
-
Implants: Metal pins, rods, artificial joints, or any other surgical implants generally reflect infrared waves and are not heated by this system. Nevertheless, you should consult your physician prior to use.
-
Pacemakers / Defibrillators: The magnets used to assemble these mats can interrupt the pacing and inhibit the output of pacemakers. Please discuss any possible risks with your doctor.
