We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day. -

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
Online Purchases:

Eligibility: You can return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used, opened, or damaged products.

Initiating a Return: To start a return, please email us at info@rudenkovabeautystudio.nl with your order number and a brief explanation. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Beauty Studio Purchases:

Exchanges Only: Products purchased at our beauty studio can be exchanged for another product or a voucher. We do not offer cash refunds for in-studio purchases.

Eligibility: Products must be unopened, unused, and returned within 30 days of purchase. For your safety, we do not accept returns on opened or tested products.

No Online Returns: Products purchased in the beauty studio cannot be returned via our online system. Please visit the studio directly for any exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@rudenkovabeautystudio.nl with your order number and a clear photo of the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
